One of your Cheyenne devices is defective?

You can send your machine to us for repair by following these instructions:

1) Please download the document called “repair service form Germany
2) Fill it out completely*
3) Print it out
4) Please make copies for your own records
5) Put the document INSIDE the package
6) Remove the batteries from the machine or EnGen before shipping. Do NOT send batteries to the repair center.
7) Send the package with insurance and tracking number to:

Please provide the proof of purchase so that we can calculate the warranty**.  If you do not have it, we will calculate it from the date the item left our factory.

2) Fill out the repair form completely*
3) Print it out
4) Make copies for your records
5) Add them to your package
6) Remove the batteries from the machine or EnGen before shipping. Do NOT send batteries to the repair center.
7) Please ship your package insured and with tracking to:

In order to determine the warranty**, we need the invoice for the machine. If you do not have it at hand, we will calculate it based on the sales data in our system.
