(1) The promoter of the competition is MT.DERM GmbH.
(2) By entering this competition, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
(3) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
(4) All individuals aged 18 years or over, regardless of their place of residence, are eligible to participate in the competition. Employees of MT.DERM GmbH, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization are not allowed to participate in the competition.
(5) The promoter reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation, in case of violation of the terms and conditions.
(6) The winners will be chosen at random by software among all participants after the closing date of the competition.
(7) The winners will be contacted by means of direct messaging on social media.
(8) Cash payment or an exchange of the prize is not possible.
(9) If the winner will not claim the prize within 3 weeks after notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

1. Organizer
The organizer of the “CHEYENNE BLACK FRIDAY” prize draw is MT.DERM GmbH, Blohmstraße 37-61, 12307 Berlin.
2. Participation
Any natural person aged 18 or over who is an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) and who is resident AND has a delivery address in Australia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guernsey, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Czechia, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, United States, United Kingdom, Cyprus. Employees of MT.DERM and its partners/distributors are excluded. Participation requires an order during the promotional period.
3. Conditions of participation
STEP 1: ORDER
Place your order between November 10, 2025, 10:00 a.m., and December 1, 2025, 11:59 p.m. CET. With every order, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw and have the chance to receive your order for free!
STEP 2: WAIT 10 DAYS
After the standard return period, the draw will take place no later than 10 days after the last day of the campaign. Each order counts as one virtual entry. Partial returns remain eligible, but orders that are returned in full are not.
STEP 3: REFUND
After the deadline, we will contact the winners by email. Bank details must be provided within 14 days in order to receive the refund.
4. Closing date, number of possible entries
The prize draw will run from January 10, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to December 1, 2025, 11:59 p.m. CEST (CET). Late entries will not be considered.
5. Prizes, prize draw, notification
Every 10th order among all eligible orders will be selected as a winner. Winners will receive a cash prize equal to the purchase price paid. Orders that are returned in full are excluded.
Winners will be notified by email from mid-November until December 11 at the latest. The response must be made within 14 days, otherwise the prize claim will expire.
6. Refund of the purchase value (prize handover)
Payment will be made by bank transfer to the specified account in the respective currency (euro and USD). This is only possible if the account details are complete and correct. The data will be used exclusively for the handover of the prize.
7. Cash payment/exchange/assignment
An exchange or cash payment is not possible.
8. Termination of the prize draw
The organizer may terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice, in particular in the event of technical problems or suspected manipulation.
9. Exclusion from participation
Automated processes, manipulation, or attempts to do so will result in exclusion.
In the event of suspected fraud, the prize may be revoked or reclaimed.
10. Liability
The organizer is not liable for technical problems, power failures, software errors, or other impairments, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
11. Data protection
The organizer uses the data provided by participants in accordance with the provisions of German and European data protection law.
12. Special: Feature
Before completing the purchase, we will ask you for your personal Instagram profile name. The purpose of this request is to feature you on Cheyenne Tattoo Equipment's social media channels when announcing your win, i.e. we reserve the option to share your profile via our account(s) and share your lucky streak with others. By entering your Instagram account, you agree to this on a one-time basis. The decision to enter your account name is yours alone, is not mandatory, and does not affect your chances of winning in any way.
Your rights
In addition to the right to revoke your consent given to us, you also have the following rights if the respective legal requirements are met:
• the right to information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR);
• the right to have inaccurate data corrected or complete data completed (Art. 16 GDPR);

12. Final provisions
German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
