My name is Sam, my friends call me Samwich this is how I get the name “Samwich Tattoo”. I’ve always had a lot of passion getting tattoos, I’ve gotten my first back piece in Hong Kong back in 2004. I’ve never thought about becoming a tattoo artist since information back then was scarce and there’s no way to get tattoo supplies in Hong Kong. Year after year I’ve been getting more and more tattoos and I learnt that there are so many different style and realistic amazes me the most. This is when I got in touch with Cheyenne machines and realized that it is possible to become a tattoo artist! For 5 years I’ve been studying and taking lessons on how to draw. I also run a tattoo supply here in Hong Kong and it really took a chunk out of my time but since I am so passionate, I work supplies in the day time and tattoo at night. I have a plan to seek newer ideas and get influences from different perspectives in order to provide my customers more options of style that they can choose from!!
