As a teenager I was very emotional and rebellious, so I got my first tattoo when I was 16. It was a butterfly on the back of my neck. Right after that I decided to become a tattoo artist, which became my dream job. I bought my first tattoo equipment when I was 17 and started to train on pig skin and rubber mats. Step by step, I started to practice and today it’s been 7 years since I’ve been tattooing, but I am still learning a lot.
As a kid, it was my hobby to draw everything around me. I drew all my favorite cartoon characters, game characters, cats, dogs and so on. So, I was always into drawing and it was and still is my biggest interest. I visited some art classes for children and went to art school when I was 13. I successfully passed the exams and entered art college afterwards. Although I started my designer education, I still wasn’t sure about my future profession. I just knew, that I wanted to draw.
At the moment I prefer to work in a realistic tattoo style, as this is more interesting for me. I would like to develop and improve my skills in this style and later combine it with other styles. Of course, everything started with inscriptions, hieroglyphs and old school themes found on the internet. In general, I did every kind of tattoo - I was interested in the tattooing itself. Later, I was drawn to realistic images and in my opinion, it is a style that carries more emotions and looks relevant at any age.
One of the people who helped and inspired me, was my boyfriend. Now we are married. He also was a tattoo artist beginner, but at that time he had a little more experience.
Why I use Cheyenne
I have been using Cheyenne tattoo equipment for about 4 years now. The Cheyenne machine I have been using from the very beginning was a
HAWK Pen. The last few months, I’ve been working with the new
SOL Nova machine. Compared to other rotary machines with ordinary needles, Cheyenne equipment seemed to be something unbelievably unique for me.
Safety Cartridges made tattooing easier and more comfortable. Also, the machines are pretty fast and quiet. I really like the quality of the needles and the entire equipment, so I will continue working with Cheyenne tattoo equipment.
